Great article. Very apt descriptions. I look forward to reading more in the future.

Really interesting article about moon transits. Found it useful . Thanks

P moon is a degree away from my AC, and T Jupiter crossed the AC this morning. Moving back into the real world after living in a Zen retreat center for the past few years and feeling a lot of emotional stirrings. New job with a lot more responsibility and a huge opportunity for growth. P moon is about 2.5 degrees from opposing N Scorpio moon so when I read this blog I was compelled to comment. I have been feeling the tunnel rather than seeing it, and the analogy of the wet butterfly wings after coming out of the 12th is just so spot on. I'm grateful it's Taurus energy because I need the stability, but it still feels(moon) like I've just cracked open a huge can of worms and although I know it's the right time I have that astrologer mind trying to analyze it on both levels. Great blog, thanks!

I can relate to being overly sensitive when the Prog moon crossed over my Ascendant! As it rounded to an opposition to my natal moon I was touchy and tearful over just about anything and everything! That said, underneath the tears was a sense of moving forward, a rather odd juxtaposition of feeling. I love the butterfly image, very apt. The other image that comes to mind is a cute video I watched where a family of puppies come across a full grown cat for the first time. They growl, wag their tails, run away, sneak forwards, attempt to play with it, run away and eventually walk right up to it and make friends. Sometimes I feel like the Prog Moon in the first is a little like experiencing her phases in fast forward until we settle into the new rhythm.

::clap, clap::

Wonderful, Amy. And congratulations on the progressed Moon moving into the first. xxx
