Now that you know it's Demi, we can point to a few things that we know about her life, in the public eye, at least. One thing we know about her, especially in the last few years, is how vocal of an advocate she has become for the causes she believes in. Saturn is where we feel a sort of duty or responsibility, and in the 11th house, she feels a duty/responsibility to the World Out There, on that broader scale of causes that need to be fought for. The Saturn conjunct the south node in the 11th reflects her comfort in taking up positions where she has to be a sort of leader in her cause, and not afraid to look like a weirdo because of it (Aquarius).

With Jupiter in Pisces in the 12th, there's a great desire to be spiritually free and an ever expanding potential for her to explore in that area (think Kabbalah, at least one of the ways she may have been exploring that avenue).

One of her causes is to end slavery - one could speculate (and this is pure storytelling based on astrological symbolic truth) that she was a slave in a past life with Pluto in the 6th house - which, carried forward in this life, makes her determined to have such a strength and power as to never find her in that position again. So the challenge, in many ways, is for her to learn to surrender and let her guard down, to herself, her loved ones, and the divine (Neptune conj Sun, Jupiter in Pisces, etc.)
